Artext trial edition allows you to run the program for a set amount of times over an unlimited period.  

Once you have used all trial attempts and you wish to continue using it you must purchase a single user computer license.    

2.It takes a long time to generate an Artext file and the file is too large

If you are converting a digital photo for instance  above 600 pixels height and 600 wide then the processing time will be longer than at 100 x 100 (thumbnail size)  Converting files from your digital camera without resizing them will generate a large file..

3. I want to use my Artext and edit in my graphics program

BMP file into your graphics program or convert to WORD/EMAIL/RICH TEXT  first see here

4. I want to save my Artext as JPEG/GIF/PNG

In your graphics program open the BMP file, and choose SAVE AS, select the.  or import your WORD/EMAIL/RICH TEXT version

5. How do I make larger/smaller Artext images

Firstly the best way is to customise the original image/photo by enlarging it or shrinking it

Another way is to use alternate font, font sizes.

6. Artext Creates Blank Files

You have switched modes without giving the file name a NEW name.  Everytime you switch modes you must remember to give it a NEW file name.  To avoid this you can also TICK the AUTO SAVE NAME box, this will save the Artext in the right format without you having to rename the file. Solution here

7. I can only create in HTML mode

You are using the trial version.  In the Trial version BMP Graphics and Rich Text Format is not activated.

7. Does Artext support other typesets and fonts languages such as Japanese?

Yes, as fonts library are on your personal computer

8. How do I edit in word or my word processor and email?

Save your work in Word Processor/Email Mode

9. In Word Processor/Email Mode i want a black background, can I do this?

Yes, select your text and highlight it
